Trenton College Scholarships:

Modesto Sunrise Rotary is pleased to offer scholarships to high school seniors of Stanislaus County and seniors of Rotary family members. Modesto Sunrise Rotary Scholarship Application Packet 2022 (PDF)

These are the scholarships we offer:

Vukovar JOHN HERTLE VOCATIONAL SCHOLARSHIP ($1000.00)
Application requirements and criteria for selection:
 Agricultural, Vocational, or Technical major as a full-time student
 This scholarship assists high school students who are interested in attending a particular Agricultural, Vocational, or Technical program. The application process includes a minimum of 2 letters of recommendation. Selection is made in the spring for fall programs.

MODESTO SUNRISE INTERACT/LEADERSHIP SCHOLARSHIP ($500.00 to $2000.00)
Application requirements and criteria for selection:
 Any degree program as a full-time student
 Applicant must be a current member Interact or Leadership Organization in Stanislaus County.

MODESTO SUNRISE ROTARY ED KIMBROUGH SCHOLARSHIP ($1000.00)
Application requirements and criteria for selection:
 High school seniors planning to attend a 4-year college program. All fields of study are applicable.

MODESTO SUNRISE ROTARY MAKE DREAMS REAL SCHOLARSHIP ($1000.00)
Application requirements and criteria for selection:
 High school seniors planning to attend a 4-year college program. All fields of study are applicable.

MIKE MENSINGER MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP ($1000.00)
Application requirements and criteria for selection:
 High school seniors accepted to a 4-year higher education program

 All fields of study are applicable.  Special consideration will be given to those students pursuing a career in business and interested in becoming a leader in the Modesto community.

Children and grandchildren of Rotarians are encouraged to apply, as Mike Mensinger was a lifelong member of Modesto Sunrise Rotary.
